San Diego Non-Profit Art Pulse Shutters

By Cait Munro Art Pulse, a San Diego-based non-profit that runs Culture Buzz and Art Pulse TV, is closing its doors due to lack of funding, reports San Diego City Beat. According to its website, the organization’s mission is “to strengthen and illuminate the arts and celebrate the culturally diverse community of San Diego County by offering programs and services that connect, educate and inspire.” In May, it was reported that the non-profit was planning to scale back its programming significantly due to the loss of financial support from Henry Moon, one of the organization’s largest donors. “Thank you, April, for seven great years.
