Bill Cosby: Universities rescind honorary degrees

By Doug Criss Bill Cosby’s stunning fall from grace appears far from over. In the latest setback over his sex assault allegations, a pair of colleges have rescinded honorary degrees awarded to him years ago. Fordham University in New York and Marquette University in Wisconsin announced Thursday they had pulled the degrees given to the comedian to honor him. “Imagine what would happen if schools required their students to sign binding contracts upon admission that would allow them to rescind the degrees of any of their graduates if they are ever CONVICTED of sexual assault.
